    WOW!! Just blown away how awesome this Company's service is, really. As always when something breaks you expect the run around, lack of liability. Not these guys. 100% liable, constant reassuring contact and follow up. Just excellent and such a relief for a smooth claim ☆☆☆☆☆

    It was easy to order the Queen size bed on line, after which, customer service officer phoned to check that it was me who ordered the item, which was reassuring in today's world of dishonesty. The item was delivered to Western Australia 14 days later. It has not yet been unpacked as it is to be taken to another location in the next two weeks.

    Great Budget Frame

    Easy to assemble, the cat approves of the purchase.

    Disappointed in the cost of freight to WA. Was asked to pay an additional charge on top of the freight charged at checkout which made transport almost as much as the frame itself. No communication from the courier as to when it would arrive or when it had actually been delivered. A couple of small tears in the carton when it arrived. A couple of small scratches in the paint and a few minor dents in the frame. Was not handled with care.
