These mats are extremely versatile; build a lifting platform, a landing pad for weight drops, or even stack them on for Plyo box jumps or box squats.

Manufactured with two layers; a heavy-duty wear layer made from 100% Recycled Rubber, with a thick high-density rubber backing.
